After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: kyphosis, pneumonia, respiratory failure, . BONIVA dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DILTIAZEM, ASPIRIN, CALCICHEW D, GABAPENTIN, OMEPRAZOLE, PREDNISOLONE, SIMVASTATIN, MORPHINE SULPHATE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 11/10/2007.
