Male patient, 24 years of age, was diagnosed with meningitis, antiemetic supportive care, myoclonus and was treated with IZILOX. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: haematuria, leukocyturia, proteinuria, renal failure acute, renal tubular disorder, . IZILOX dosage: TOTAL DAILY DOSE: 400 MG UNIT DOSE: 400 MG. During the same period patient was treated with AMOXICILLIN, ACETAMINOPHEN, PRIMPERAN, VANCOMYCIN, CLAFORAN, FOSFOCIN, RIVOTRIL, DEPAKENE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
