Nelarabine Side Effects Report #5469521-7
Pharmacist from FRANCE reported NELARABINE problem on Sept 21, 2007. Male patient, 49 years of age, weighting 187.4 lb, was diagnosed with bone marrow transplant and was treated with NELARABINE. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: gait disturbance, hypoaesthesia, loss of proprioception, myelitis, neuropathy, paraesthesia, somnolence, spinal cord disorder, urinary retention, . NELARABINE dosage: 1500MGM2 PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, CYTARABINE, ENDOXAN, TOTAL BODY IRRADIATION. Patient recovered.
