Health Professional from UNITED STATES reported COMBIVIR problem on Aug 13, 2007. Male patient, weighting 6.83 lb, was diagnosed with hiv infection and was treated with COMBIVIR. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: jaundice, macrocephaly, patent ductus arteriosus, rash, trisomy 21, ventricular septal defect, . COMBIVIR dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZIDOVUDINE, NELFINAVIR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
