SPIRONOLACTONE problem was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 03, 2007. Female patient, 84 years of age, weighting 130.0 lb, was diagnosed with cardiac failure congestive and was treated with SPIRONOLACTONE. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: blood potassium decreased, blood pressure decreased, mineral deficiency, oedema peripheral, . SPIRONOLACTONE dosage: 25 MG DAILY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with METOPROLOL TARTRATE, LASIX, COREG, MAVIK, ENALAPRIL MALEATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
