Physician from UNITED STATES reported CYMBALTA problem on Aug 23, 2007. Female patient, 30 years of age, was diagnosed with depression and was treated with CYMBALTA. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: necrotising fasciitis staphylococcal, . CYMBALTA dosage: 60 MG, 2/D. During the same period patient was treated with POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, NYSTATIN, MAGNESIUM SULPHATE, LORAZEPAM, METHADONE, GABAPENTIN, FENTANYL, CASPOFUNGIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

VOLTAREN problem was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Feb 22, 2008. Female patient, 20 years of age, was diagnosed with pain and was treated with VOLTAREN. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: emergency care, injection site abscess, necrotising fasciitis staphylococcal, staphylococcal infection, surgery, . VOLTAREN dosage: 100 MG, QD. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
