During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISOLONE, AMITRIPTYLINE, ASPIRIN, ATENOLOL, BENDROFLUMETHIAZIDE, FLUOXETINE, LEVOTHYROXINE, NAPROXEN. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
