After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: obstetrical pulmonary embolism, pre-eclampsia, uterine haemorrhage, . EFFEXOR dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with STILNOX, ACETAMINOPHEN, MOTILIUM, PANTOZOL, LEXOTANIL, DICETEL. Patient recovered.
