After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: bone debridement, bone development abnormal, open wound, oral surgery, osteitis, osteonecrosis, osteosclerosis, tooth disorder, tooth loss, . ZOMETA dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
