Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES reported MIRENA problem on Nov 19, 2007. Female patient, 35 years of age, weighting 121.3 lb, was diagnosed with contraception, irritable bowel syndrome and was treated with MIRENA. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: amenorrhoea, breast tenderness, ovulation pain, vaginal haemorrhage, . MIRENA dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMITIZA. Patient recovered.
