Male patient, 68 years of age, weighting 232.6 lb, was diagnosed with heart transplant and was treated with MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: enterococcal infection, pericardial drainage, pericardial effusion, pleural effusion, thoracic cavity drainage, . MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL dosage: 0.75 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with NEORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
