Male patient, 68 years of age, weighting 166.0 lb, was diagnosed with cognitive disorder and was treated with ARICEPT. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: dystonia, physical examination abnormal, . ARICEPT dosage: 10MG ONCE DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with NORVASC, CLARITIN, CELEBREX, ZYPREXA, LEXAPRO, DYAZIDE, LORTAB. Patient recovered.

PEGASYS problem was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on May 23, 2007. Male patient, 48 years of age, was treated with PEGASYS. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: cardiomyopathy, physical examination abnormal, . PEGASYS dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COPEGUS. Patient recovered.
