Male patient, weighting 260.6 lb, was diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression and was treated with SEROQUEL. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: diabetes mellitus, pericardial effusion, pickwickian syndrome, weight increased, . SEROQUEL dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZYPREXA, WELLBUTRIN. Patient recovered.
