Consumer or non-health professional from reported NEVIRAPINE problem on Feb 27, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with hiv infection and was treated with NEVIRAPINE. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: caesarean section, hepatotoxicity, premature rupture of membranes, . NEVIRAPINE dosage: 200 MG ONCE DAILY FOR 2 WEEKS, AFTER WHICH THE DOSE WAS ESCALATED TO 200 MG TWICE DAILY. Patient recovered.
