After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: congenital cystic kidney disease, hypertelorism of orbit, prominent epicanthal folds, renal dysplasia, . CARBAMAZEPINE dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PHENOBARBITAL, FOLIC ACID. Patient recovered.
