REMICADE problem was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Aug 22, 2007. Female patient, weighting 88.18 lb, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, interstitial lung disease, cerebral infarction, osteoporosis, convulsion and was treated with REMICADE. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: pulmonary fibrosis, . REMICADE dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, MEDROL, ASPIRIN, RISEDRONATE, TEGRETOL. Patient died on 11/07/2006.

Pharmacist from SPAIN reported AMBISOME problem on Aug 13, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with prophylaxis and was treated with AMBISOME. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: pulmonary fibrosis, . AMBISOME dosage: 120 MG, UID/QD, IV DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with TEICOPLANIN, AZITHROMYCIN, CIPROFLOXACIN, NITRIC OXIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/02/2007.
