GEMZAR dosage: 800 MG/M2, ON DAYS 1 AND 4 OF 21-DAY CYCLES. During the same period patient was treated with VINCRISTINE, BLEOMYCIN, DOXORUBICIN, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, PROCARBAZINE, PREDNISONE, NEUPOGEN. Patient died.
