Female patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, anxiety, sleep disorder and was treated with SEROQUEL. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: fall, loss of consciousness, whiplash injury, . SEROQUEL dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Tysabri Side Effects Report #5404710-9
TYSABRI problem was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on July 20, 2007. Male patient, 25 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and was treated with TYSABRI. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: road traffic accident, upper limb fracture, whiplash injury, . TYSABRI dosage: 300 MG; QM; IV. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
