After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: malabsorption, x-ray of pelvis and hip abnormal, . FOSRENOL dosage: 1000 MG, 3X/DAY:TID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with INSULIN, DILAUDID, NEURONTIN, PROTONIX, STARLEX, XANAX, ZOCOR, TOPROL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
