This case suggests a potential Tryptanol Depression side effect(s) that can have serious consequences. A 84-year-old female patient from JAPAN (weight:NA) was diagnosed with the following health condition(s): depression,hypertension and used Tryptanol (dosage: NA) starting NS. Soon after starting Tryptanol the patient began experiencing various side effects, including:
  • Hyponatraemia
  • Decreased Appetite
  • Gait Disturbance
  • Depression
Drugs used concurrently:
  • Cozaar
  • Hyzaar
  • The patient was hospitalized. Although Tryptanol demonstrated significant improvements in a number of clinically relevant cases, troublesome symptoms, such as Depression, may still occur.
