Female patient , child 0.4 years of age, was vaccinated with DTAP + HEPB + IPV (NO BRAND NAME) on May 25, 2007. "seizures, first seizure was five days after immunizations. She was asleep than woke up and it started, her eyes were rolled to the side and her whole body was shaking it lasted at least two minutes. Eight days later she had another seizure once again she was asleep than woke up and it started. It did'nt last as long but like the first her eyes rolled to the side and her body was shaking, it lasted 45 seconds to one minute. Six days later she started having staring seizures. She had several a day, I was not sure they were seizures for a few days, but then they started get more frequent. She would be staring for about 30-45 seconds and then fall right to sleep,this continued for 2 days then I took her to the emergency room where she had another full seizure eyes rolled to the side and her whole body shaking. They did more test and found ct scan normal, blood work normal, chest x-ray normal. I had taken her to urgent care after the first seizure. Then I made an appointment with her doctor, it just so happened that the next seizure came the day before. He ordered a eeg and blood work which all came back normal. Now pt is taking Phenabarbotol to control the seizures. She has seen a neurologist he says he sees no developmental delays she is actually above average. The medicine is working well so far. His diagnosis is epilepsy.". none at time of vaccination. none. Patient recovered.

"Received vaccination on 7/13/07, per mother. Fevers on 7/12/07 and 7/14/07. Mother described blood in stool on 7/13/07.". Rocephin x 2. None. Patient was hospitalized Patient recovered.

Rash over body through course of vaccine. I didn't do anything for rash except to wait it out.. Prevacid. "Allergies are tree pollen, dust mites, & sulfa". Patient recovered.
DTAP + HEPB + IPV (NO BRAND NAME) problem was reported from IL on Aug 12, 2007. Female patient , child 4 years of age, was vaccinated with DTAP + HEPB + IPV (NO BRAND NAME) on Aug 12, 2007. "1.) High fever, 2.) measle-like rash, also infected 2 year old brother living in same household with the same measle like rash, 3.) severe hives, 4.) behavior changes, since being vaccinated she will not leave mother's side. She must be with mother at all time. If separted from mother, she will cry for hours. Never exhibited behavior like this prior to vaccination. She is unable to provide a rational explaination for her behavior. Adverse symptoms 1, and 2 noted above have resolved. Adverse symptom 3 noted above does return from time to time. Adverse symptom 4 as noted above continues to be present and seems to be getting worse.". . Spherocytosis. Patient recovered.

"(approximate times) 12:30pm - first vaccines ever administered (Hep B, DTaP, Hib, PCV, IPV). folloed by .6 ml of tylenol given by nurse. The combined Vaccine was given in his left leg and the two other single shots given in his right leg ( ).Approx. 5 pm his right thigh (almost intirety)was inflamed, fever, and very very tender to touch. He was in obvious agony. Approx. 6 pm the redness, fever and swelling ceased along with screaming.". none. no. Patient recovered.

DTAP + HEPB + IPV (NO BRAND NAME) problem was reported from MO on Dec 19, 2007. Male patient , child 0.3 years of age, was vaccinated with DTAP + HEPB + IPV (NO BRAND NAME) on Dec 19, 2007. "Vomiting, diarrhea, and fever on 10-23-07 in the evening. Patient received pediarix, hib, and prevnar vaccinations early that day. Vomiting and diarrhea persisted resulting in patient receiving IV fluid on 10/30. I felt this was coincidence, and was probably a viral infection. Same immunizations repeated on 12/18/07. Patient again developed fever, vomiting, and diarrhea the evening of 12/18/07.". none. none. Patient recovered.
