After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: dizziness, dyskinesia, fall, heart rate increased, muscle spasms, muscle twitching. CLOZARIL dosage: 375MG DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with FERROUS SULPHATE, HYOSCINE HYT, CARBIMAZOLE. Patient recovered.
